Because the headboard is soft and fully cushioned rather than built with a rigid frame, the wall helps keep it securely supported when you sit up to read, relax, or watch TV. This design also gives the bed its signature cloud-like comfort without exposed hard edges.

Yes. Slight wrinkles, creases, or temporary deformation are completely normal because the bed is shipped in space-saving compressed packaging. This does not affect the quality or comfort of the bed.
Most wrinkles will naturally smooth out within 24–72 hours as the fabric relaxes and the foam expands. Gentle steaming on a low setting can help speed up the process.

The foam begins expanding as soon as the packaging is opened. While the bed frame can be assembled once the components have regained their basic shape, please allow 72 hours to 7 days for the foam to fully expand and reach its intended plush appearance.
Edges and corners may take slightly longer to recover than larger flat sections. This is normal and does not affect the bed’s function. Gently massaging and reshaping these areas can help the foam regain its shape more quickly.
For the best results, open the packaging promptly and allow all components to expand in a warm, well-ventilated room.

The bed frame is designed according to standard U.S. mattress dimensions. A small amount of clearance between the mattress and the upholstered frame may be normal.
Mattress dimensions can vary slightly by brand, model, construction, and manufacturing tolerance. A little clearance also makes it easier to place the mattress, tuck in bedding, and remove the mattress when needed.

We use real product photography and carefully adjust our images to represent the actual fabric color as accurately as possible. However, slight color differences may occur because of room lighting, viewing angle, camera settings, and differences between phone or computer displays.
