Customers are responsible for reviewing product dimensions and ensuring the product fits their space, mattress size, doorway, hallway, elevator, stairway, and delivery location before purchasing.

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not mean your order has been accepted. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate reasons.

If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund for the canceled portion.
