Looking for Answers?

1. I only received one box. Where is the rest of my bed?

Queen, King, and California King sizes are shipped in two separate packages and may not arrive on the same day. All hardware and the manual are in one of the boxes. Please wait for both to arrive before assembly.

2. Why does the color look slightly different in person?

Lighting conditions and different screen displays can cause slight color variations between the product images and the actual item.

3. What's the difference between solid bamboo and traditional hardwoods?

The bed frame is made from solid bamboo, a fast-growing and renewable material. It is a more sustainable alternative to traditional hardwoods.

4. Is the center support stable? Why doesn't it touch the floor?

Absolutely! Our heavy-duty frame design features interlocking joinery and a reinforced floating center support, designed to distribute weight evenly and provide reliable stability. The floating design is intentional and does not compromise structural support. With a weight capacity of up to 800 lbs, the bed frame is built to resist sagging and wobbling for a sturdy, comfortable sleep experience.

5. What if parts arrive damaged or I have assembly issues?

We offer hassle-free replacements. If any part is scuffed or missing due to transit, contact us. We’ll ship replacement parts immediately—no need to return the whole box.
